CALLER ID
The telephone number your caller is calling from.
E-CONFIRM
This service allows you to confirm that you received your message without making a phone call. When the E-Confirm is activated on your account, you can send a “clear the message/file the message” command. Once our equipment receives your command, the message is filed, with no further action needed by you or our staff.
E-MESSAGE
Our E-Message service allows us to receive emailed messages on your behalf. No longer is communication limited to voice; your clients can send email messages containing your personal identifier and these messages present to our agents. Think of these messages as a written phone call!
E-RESPONSE
Our E-Response service allows you to respond to a call without calling or being called. Just view the message on your device and respond to the message with instructions for our agent and they will contact the individual with the message for you.
ON LINE MESSAGE CHECK IN
This feature allows you to experience our Intellisite. Once you have logged in, you can check your messages. The message will be on the message slip that you had setup specifically for each type of message. These messages are held for 29 days, you can print the message or copy and paste into a different document.
QUICK CHECK
Pick up your messages using our voice storage system. No waiting, no holding, and you can repeat the message as many times as you want.
Don’t want to call in for the message? Email delivery of the message as a .wav .mp3 or .wma file is available (sound card required).
