Outstanding Service Earns National Award

 Answer Quick wins ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction

     Answer Quick of Louisville, TN has been honored with the prestigious 2019 ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI).  The industry's Trade Association for providers of Call Center services, recognized Answer Quick at ATSI's 2019 Annual Convention held at the OMNI Dallas Hotel, in Dallas, TX.

     The Call Center Award of Distinction is a tool used to measure the skills of professional Call Center Agents throughout North America and the UK over a six-month period. An independent panel of judges score call-handling skills for "enhanced service" applications, focusing their attention on the cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.  Criteria measured include:

                                     -  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Capabilities

                                    -  Courtesy to Caller 

                                    -  Overall Professionalism

                                    -  Use of Proper Call Techniques 

                                    -  Response Times 

                                    -  Accuracy of Call 

      "The ATSI Award of Distinction evaluates agent interaction with callers in a longer, call center application call such as customer service or helpdesk environment. The recognition in front of your peers is something that our members and their employees truly enjoy. We have a number of members who win both awards on an annual basis.       The award began 17 years ago as a means to improve the overall quality of the call center  industry by measuring complex call  handling procedures.  The purpose is to elevate the industry and ensure a successful call handling experiences.
